ImplementationImplementation is performed in compliance with the plan developed in the requirement analysis and planning phase. Exhaustive production environment testing may be required. Configuration items are maintained as outlined by the implementation plan and maintained by the project librarian. Quality activities such as versioning and configuration management are continued to ensure a robust and welldocumented implementation.
