WIRB Order Management and Workflow System

On July 30, 2007 WESCO entered into a contract with the Western International Recovery Bureau (WIRB) to perform a systems assessment and enhancements to their existing Order Management and Workflow system.

WESCO will analyze and document end to end solutions for improving the systems stability and for mapping of the additional functional enhancements. WESCO will implement the enhancements as well.

Basic Tasks Include:
1. Analysis of Hosting Environment, and understanding Environment History and current Instability details
2. Analysis of System Architecture
3. Migration of System to new Server (Phoenix)
4. Code Review of Key Components
5. Reviewing Enhancement Requests
6. Delivering System Enhancement Plan based on Known Issues

Initially WESCO will deliver a Comprehensive System Analysis deliverable for this system. Stabilization of this .NET web based services system will be the first priority this analysis will focus on.
